At the outset of any project, we spend time getting to know you; this includes your wish list, your needs, and all the details in between. We’ll help you select a parcel of land or work with one you’ve already selected, and work together to best utilize your new space. We’ll share our ideas and help you turn your design into a reality with help from a team of experts that have been in the business for decades.

During the design phase, we are actively involved with our clients and home designer to ensure the home reflects your style and budget. With every decision you make, we offer sensible and honest guidance so you can make informed decisions throughout the project. We consider ourselves a partner with you on your project, and we make every effort to share with you the experiences we’ve had the success that has made those experiences extremely valuable.

HOME & BUILDING CONSTRUCTION

Even after moving into your new space, Reliant Construction continues to be a resource to you for any questions or issues that you may have. The builder-client relationship developed over the course of your project will prevail far beyond the move-in date.
